I used to do scrubing twice a week. I usually do on Wednesday and Saturday. I feel my skin renew and refresh. So, I get my self confidence back after take care of my skin every week.

In this blog post, I’d like to share my review on my old and new scrub brands that I use for my skin treatment, which are Neutrogena and PALMER’S.

Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub (A Goodbye Scrub)

I used this brand since 2013. I love this brand as this is Johnson & Johnson Pacific Pty Ltd that the ingredients are suitable enough for my sensitive skin and definetly it is oil free. I also can use this scrub for every day usage. They claim the rich creamy and foaming lather rinsed clean for instantly softer, smoother, healthier-looking and refreshed skin.

My Experiences

After I applied this for years, I feel my face look so fresh and my skin was glowing and gentle. The texture is soft enough. It shows that every time I massage through my skin face, the particles won’t scratch my skin. The application is so easy. I just apply scrub by massaging gently and rinse them throughly. Then, I usually continue with my daily cleanser. 

Continually Usage

Honestly, as this scrub hardly to be found in Jakarta, I decided to Palmer’s scrub. 

PALMER’S Micro Fine Exfoliating Facial Scrub

This is my new scrub. I trust this brand as I use other products within the same brand and I feel that I get into it. Another reason is I found this brand easily when I was in Perth, Australia. They claimed this product for healthy glowing skin. It contains natural exfoliants, cocoa powder, vitamin E and shea butter. 

My Experiences

After applying this scrub, I feel my skin face becomes gentle, smooth and brighter. The particles are more rough than Neutrogena but when I spread to all of my face, it absorb well into my skin pores. 

The application is also easy. I just apply the scrub in the cleaned and wet skin in circular motion. Then, rinse with water. It can be used 2 – 3 times per week but I will use it 2 times a week. 

Continually Usage

Definitely YES.
